BY SUBMITTING AN ENTRY TO THIS SWEEPSTAKES DURING THE SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY PERIOD, YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES, WHICH ARE A CONTRACT. READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING. NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
The Installation Management Command (IMCOM) G9 Family and Morale, Welfare, and Recreation (FMWR) Directorate on behalf of the Army MWR Fund (herein referred to as the NAFI or Sponsor) is sponsoring the 2024 Customer Needs Survey (CNS) Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”). The Sweepstakes is subject to these official rules, and by entering, the Entrant (“Entrant”) agrees to be bound by them and the decisions of the NAFI, which are final and binding in all respects. This Sweepstakes begins 12:01:00 AM CT on 07 Oct 2024, and is open through 11:59:00 PM CT on 31 Jan 2025 (the “Entry Period”).
Eligibility: All authorized FMWR patrons as identified in Army Regulation AR 215-1, chapter 7 are eligible to enter except IMCOM employees engaged in the development and implementation or direct execution of this promotion and their immediate family members. Entrants must be 18 years or older on the day of entry. One entry per person allowed. Participation in or completion of survey not required to enter or win.

Prize: A consecutive five-night stay at one of four AFRCs in a standard room (approximate retail value can range from $545 to $795 for a standard room depending upon category). A standard room can accommodate up to four (4) adults. Eligibility requirements to stay at an AFRC must be met in order to win. Prize includes the cost of the room nights only. Any additional expenses (taxes/fees, food/beverage, travel, spa amenities, recreation, tours, etc.) and accompanying taxes/fees are not included. Airfare not included. The prize must be used within 365 days of the date of award. The Prize is non-refundable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash. Accommodations must be made in advance and are subject to eligibility, availability, and cannot be used for US Holiday weekends. Eligibility documents are required to be shown at check in.
Winner Selection: All Entrants who enter the Sweepstakes within the Entry Period will be eligible to win. Only one winner will be selected at the close of the Sweepstakes. The Potential Winner will be selected using a random drawing method once the Entry Period has closed. The Potential Winner will be contacted within 15 business days of the close of the Sweepstakes. The Potential Winner will be called using the phone number submitted in the entry form and e-mailed using the e-mail address provided in the entry form. The e-mail will be sent from usarmy.jbsa.imcom-hq.mbx.g9-marketing@army.mil. Once contacted, the Potential Winner must reply to the NAFI’s e-mail within 14 calendar days to confirm receipt of e-mail, and provide a photo/scan of their military ID card for proof of eligibility. If the Potential Winner has not responded by e-mail within those 14 days, the prize will be forfeited and the random drawing method will start again. Once the Potential Winner’s military ID card has been verified and AFRC eligibility confirmed, that individual will be considered the official sweepstakes winner and will receive the Prize. Details on claiming and receiving the Prize will be shared upon verification.
Winners List: Winners’ names may be posted after the giveaway period on Army MWR or AFRC websites or social media. Prizes do not imply endorsement by the Army, the NAFI, or any other party.
PRIVACY STATEMENT: AUTHORITY: Section 552a, Title 5, United States Code; Section 3013, Title 10, United States Code; Executive Order NO. 9397; Army Regulation 215-1. PRINCIPAL PURPOSES: The primary use of the information provided by Entrants is to select and contact potential winners.
In the event the NAFI is prevented from continuing with the Sweepstakes, or the integrity of the Sweepstakes is severely undermined by any event beyond the NAFI’s control, including but not limited to fire, flood, epidemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, war (declared or undeclared), terrorist threat or activity, or any federal, state or local government law, order or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction, or other cause not reasonably within the NAFI’s control (each a “Force Majeure” event), the NAFI shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to abbreviate, modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate the Sweepstakes without further obligation. If the NAFI, in its sole discretion, elects to abbreviate the Sweepstakes as a result of a Force Majeure event, the NAFI reserves the right, but not the obligation, to award the prizes from among all valid and eligible participants received up to the time of such Force Majeure event.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Participants agree to hold harmless the NAFI for any liability of any kind resulting, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance/misuse or nonuse of the prizes awarded. Winners assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this Sweepstakes or use or redemption of any prize. The NAFI is not responsible for any defective prizes. By accepting a prize, the Winner grants the Sweepstakes entities the right to use Winner’s name for purposes of advertising in any and all media, now known or hereafter devised, without notice, review, or approval, without compensation, unless prohibited by law. The NAFI is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Sweepstakes, or in the announcement of prizes.
The NAFI will not be held responsible for entries which may be lost in transit, undelivered, delayed, or illegible entries. The NAFI reserves the right at their sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and/or void any entries submitted fraudulently; to modify or suspend the Sweepstakes; or to terminate the Sweepstakes. The NAFI is not responsible for technical, hardware or software malfunctions, telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, inability to access a website, inability to submit an entry, or fraud, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions or inaccurate transcription of entry information, whether caused by users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions which may damage a user’s system or limit an Eligible Participant’s ability to participate in the Sweepstakes.
