The 2024 Family and MWR Customer Needs Survey is your opportunity to have a direct impact on the future of Army Family and MWR programs and services. The survey will gather insights from Soldiers and Families across the Army to ensure MWR offerings match your needs and interests.

Your participation is voluntary. All information you provide will be maintained on a confidential basis by Verint and will only be used and reported in an aggregate form, so please be candid in your responses. We will not identify you or attribute specific responses to you or any other participant. All responses will be kept confidential and your privacy will be protected.
