Long Term Care

Since February 2016, Long Term Care Insurance has been offered to all eligible Army NAF employees through the Federal Long Term Care Insurance Program (FLTCIP). Please visit FLTCIP for more specific information.


Eligible members will include

  • All Active Army NAF Employees

  • Retirees of Army NAF

  • Qualifying Relatives:

    • Current Spouses of eligible employees

    • Domestic Partners of eligible employees

    • Current Spouses of Retirees

    • Domestic Partners of eligible Retirees

    • Adult Children of living eligible employees and Retirees

    • Parents, Parents-in-law, and Step-parents of living eligible (active only) employees

Enrollment may be completed on-line, by phone or by mail. Premium payments will be processed either by Direct Bill or automatic bank withdrawal only.

Note: When asked to provide your agency or branch of service, please specify U.S. Army NAF.

Prior to February 1, 2016, NAF employees carried Long Term Care coverage through CAN. If that’s you, you continue to be serviced as long as you remain in good standing with up-to-date payments.
