Army Civilian Training, Education and Development Systems (ACTEDS) Plan for Career Program 51 General Administration & Management
Career Programs, while not new to some of the Army Civilian workforce; have recently been expanded to cover all Army Civilian employees. There are now 31 Career Programs providing support to all Army Civilians.
CP51 is a new career program that encompasses most classes of Army occupations and duties which administer, supervise, or perform work involved in management analysis. We are a large and diversified career program covering over 18,000 Professionals in the following occupational series:

To ensure you have the right information, tools, and visibility on training and developmental opportunities to support your career goals, we are in the process of developing detailed Occupational Series Career Maps and a CP51 specific Army Civilian Training Education and Development System (ACTEDS) Plan. The intent is to have this information posted in Army Career Tracker by September 2012 at which time; you will be able to discuss your career goals with your supervisor or employees and develop a plan for your achievement. We are also developing our communications plan to ensure you are kept up to date. You will begin to see news letters and emails, and eventually a CP51 web-site.

Enterprise Talent Management Program (ETMP)
The former IMCOM G9 Leader Development Assignment Program (LDAP) has now merged
with the Enterprise Talent Management Program (ETMP), which supports the Installation Management Command (IMCOM) to develop leaders possessing a broad background of competencies and experience necessary to assume leadership roles in support of the organization.
The ETMP applies to appropriated and non-appropriated fund employees assigned to Headquarters IMCOM, subordinate commands, regions, garrisons and individuals requesting entry into the IMCOM ETMP program.
