The IRS recently announced that the Health Flexible Spending Account contribution limit for 2025 is increasing from $3,200 to $3,300.
They also announced that the 401(k) contribution limit is increasing from $23,000 to $23,500, and the catch-up amount for those age 50 years and over will remain the same at $7,500.
